- AI Face Swap for videos
- Artistic photo effects and filters
- Photo restoration and enhancement
- Video generation from images
3. Credit System and Payments
The App operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are required to use AI-powered features
- Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
- Premium subscribers receive additional benefits and credits
Important: Non-Refundable Credits
Credits are deducted when you submit a request to process an image or video, regardless of whether the processing is successful or not. This is because AI processing costs are incurred at the time of the request. If you upload an inappropriate or incompatible image that causes the AI to fail, credits will still be deducted. Please ensure you upload suitable images before submitting a request.
4. Image Requirements
To ensure successful processing and avoid wasted credits, please follow these guidelines:

• Use clear, well-lit photos
• Ensure faces are clearly visible and not obscured
• For Virtual Try-On: Use full-body or half-body photos
• For Face Swap: Use front-facing photos with clear facial features
• Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images
• Do not use images with multiple faces unless the effect supports it
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload
- Not uploading images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Not using the App to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
- Uploading appropriate images that meet the requirements for each effect
- Understanding that credits are non-refundable once a processing request is submitted
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:
- Create deepfakes or content intended to deceive or defraud
- Generate explicit, violent, or illegal content
- Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights
- Harass, bully, or harm others
- Create content that promotes hate or discrimination
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. For AI-generated content:
- You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes
- The App and its underlying technology remain the property of DeepyTech
- You may not reverse engineer or copy the App's AI models or algorithms
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy or quality of AI-generated results
- That results will meet your specific expectations
9. Limitation of Liability
DeepyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost credits due to unsuccessful processing requests.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice or liability.
